Sessions and Fees

Sessions are usually held on a weekly basis, at the same time each week. Every session lasts 50 minutes.

I offer face-to-face and online sessions, in English and in Italian.

Session fees: individual sessions £65. Couples £80.

Counselling will take place in one of these rooms.

How it works

You can contact me by email, text or telephone (whatever feels more comfortable to you). If I don’t have the chance to take your call, please, leave your number and I will give you a call back. I aim to reply to any enquiries within 24 hours.

We can arrange a time to meet either in person or online.

During the first session, you will be able to talk about what brought you to counselling and what you would like to achieve. You can also experience how I work and decide if I am the right counsellor for you. It is important that we are able to build a good relationship, so that you can feel comfortable to discuss whatever troubles you, knowing that you will be heard with respect and without judgement. There is no obligation to carry on on after this first meeting.

Cancellation

I require 48 hours to cancel or change a booking, otherwise full payment is due.

It is important that you are committed to therapy.
