Hello and a warm welcome.
I am a qualified counsellor and trained life coach, offering therapy and coaching to individuals in West London and online, in English and Italian.
Life can feel overwhelming or quietly unfulfilling. You may be struggling with anxiety, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, or patterns that seem hard to change. Or perhaps you are at a crossroads, considering a career change, searching for purpose, wanting better balance, or feeling ready for something new but unsure of the next step.
Whether you are seeking healing or looking to move forward, I offer a supportive and professional space to help you gain clarity, confidence, and direction.
Therapy and Life Coaching
I offer both counselling/psychotherapy and life coaching, depending on your needs.
Therapy provides a safe and confidential space to explore emotions, past experiences, and relationship patterns that may be affecting your present. Together we work toward self-awareness, healing, and lasting change.
Life coaching is more forward-focused. It can help you:
- Consider a career transition or life change
- Gain clarity and direction
- Improve confidence and self-esteem
- Overcome limiting beliefs
- Find greater balance and fulfilment
Some clients come for therapy, others for coaching, and some benefit from a combination of both.
My Approach
I am a Person-Centred counsellor, which means I believe you are the expert in your own life. My role is to provide a warm, non-judgemental, and collaborative space where you can explore your thoughts and feelings safely.
My background in psychotherapy allows me to work at depth when needed — particularly around limiting beliefs, low self-esteem, and recurring patterns. My coaching training, including frameworks such as the GROW model, helps translate insight into practical, achievable steps toward meaningful goals.
The combination of psychological depth and structured coaching allows clients to explore, understand, and act — creating lasting and positive change.
How It Works
You can contact me by email or phone to briefly discuss what brings you to therapy or coaching.
We then arrange an initial session where you can share your situation, ask questions, and experience how I work. If we decide to continue, sessions are usually held weekly at the same time, either in person in West London or online.
I aim to respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
