I offer counselling and coaching to individuals and couples in West London and online, supporting you to feel more grounded, gain clarity, and move forward in a way that feels right for you.

Sometimes life can feel overwhelming, confusing, or stuck.
You might find yourself going over the same thoughts, feeling unsure what to do next, or simply needing space to breathe and make sense of things.

I offer a calm, supportive space where you can talk openly, explore what’s going on for you, and begin to understand yourself more clearly.


How I work

My approach brings together both counselling and coaching, depending on what you need.

Counselling offers space to explore your thoughts and emotions, understand patterns, and process your experiences.
Coaching focuses more on moving forward—helping you build confidence, make decisions, and take practical steps towards change.

We can work in a way that feels right for you—whether that’s deeper reflection, goal-focused support, or a combination of both.


My background

I am a qualified counsellor and trained life coach.

I began my formal education in Italy, studying Psychology, and completed my degree in London. I hold a Higher Professional Diploma in Person-Centred Counselling and I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I work in line with the BACP Ethical Framework and receive regular clinical supervision to support my work.

Alongside my counselling training, I trained with The Coaching Academy, gaining experience in structured frameworks such as the GROW model, which supports clients in clarifying goals, exploring options, and taking purposeful action.

I have worked with clients from a wide range of cultural and professional backgrounds, supporting with:

  • Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, and trauma
  • Relationship challenges, intimacy, and family dynamics
  • Abuse, grief, and loss
